Event FAQ
I have zero parkour experience, can I still attend this event?
Yes! This is a perfect place to meet our supportive community. Several of our event leaders have been coaches for decades. Parkour is for all bodies and all abilities and we have the knowledge and experience to prove it to you. We can’t wait to meet you!
How old are participants?
In the last fourteen years, we’ve seen participants ages 3 to 83. In our culture of movement, representation matters so we’re always excited to see grandmothers alongside their grandkids moving and playing! We strive to create a intergenerational environment that feels inclusive to all. Children are always welcome, but they must be registered and accompanied by an adult.
Where can I stay? Is there carpool?
As of this time, we highly recommend joining the WPKM Discord to connect with the community and arrange sleeping/travel accommodations.
The most central area to stay in San Diego is near the Balboa park area. All spots will have ~20 minute travel time by car.
